3 hrs is a LONG time to scrub away at a sterilizer.
It isn't just the bottom that needs scrubbing, there's the roof, and the back. That can't be a comfortable job.

I'll be going into a sterile processing program in January. I'm looking forward to non patient care, which I've done for 14 years.
