@MyLOLPwny No, It´s a typical baroque scale, they have not taken it from a classical piece because an scale like this one appears in many of Bach and Vivaldi songs. A replica from one of Bach´s Arias is the solo from Will The Sun Rise. Still, when you listen to the weirld Polska rap song you can detect the same choruses at the end of the scale, so it´s obvious that they just took it from Stratovarius and made it a little faster. Excuse from the bad language for i am from a Latin American Country

Actually, it's a pretty standard sounding (although really nice) minor melody evolving around a pedal point, in this case, probably the tonic of the scale. Not sure though. It sounds familiar because as Huolx wrote, it was widely used during the Baroque era.
