Hi, the 32gb refers to the maximum accepted card capacity, not the internal memory. The internal capacity of the phone is only around 700kb. The 32gb is also untrue, as i understand it these phones only work with up to 8 gigs.

Both the simcard and the memorycard pops up. You tried to put music on your simcard, go to "my computer" and you will find the memorycard.

When you connect the phone to your computer via usb, you should see 2 memory slot, i think you are trying to save data to the internal memory, it's very small. You need to install a micro SD in there, it can take up to 16GB, copy the folders from the original SD to the new one and you should be all set. Good luck. And thanks to the owner of this posting
