Let's not forget about Liam Neeson as Ras Al Ghul in Batman Begins, He plays a big part in pretty much everything that happens in The Dark Knight, I mean his ninja group the League Of Shadows did help break out all the inmates of Arkham Asylum, including The Joker. And even though his plan was foiled by Batman he did try to destroy Gotham CIty with fear inducing nerve gas.

Interesting line up. Pleased to see Mask of the Phantasm's Joker in there. For me, thats still emotionaly speaking, the best Batman movie and the definitive Animated Joker peformance, even Batman Beyond's Return of the Joker couldn't top it for me!
