  • How far apart should I schedule each peel? Thank you for your reply! :)

  • Hi ckko 25!

Thanks for your comment on the video and your question. We would normally recommend 3 peels to get the acne properly under control. While the good effects of the peels will start with the first peel, and your skin will look very healthy, it is likely you will continue to have breakouts for a few weeks. This varies from client to clientt but what we do know from experience is that after 3 peels your skin will be much, much better!

Hope this helps answer you question.

  • How far apart should I schedule the 3 peels?? If I am already using your 5% sal acid pads every other night and my skin is pretty adjusted to it, don't you think I would experience less breakouts than skin that has not been using sal acid especially at 5%?

  • @ckko25 Hi again. Typically the peels will be 3 weeks apart. It's difficult to comment on how many breakouts you should expect. Using salicylic pads at home should help so long as all your other skin care products are also contributing to a healthy 'balanced' pH of c. 5.5. Hope this helps!

  • I've beeen using dermaquest a couple weeks and will be getting this peel soon. How long did your skin purge pimples after your first one?

  • Good work on curing your acne!
