@hackbunny10 its not the perk it self, but the fact that so many people use it it makes UAV and other kill streaks a wasted slot. So more people then go off and use RC XD's which piss everybody off.

Before in other COD games, ghost/Cold-Blooded/UAV Jammer was in the same tier as stopping power, which people used over ghost. So using it was more skillful as you didn't do extra damage, all you had was stealth. Now there's nothing to counter ghost.
