Priscilla Lane was a very appealing performer. I always felt that she was being pushed aside for another likeable young star, Joan Leslie. However, Lane could sing . . . but she often was relegated to films also starring her less popular sisters. I believe that salary issues -- as well as marriage -- contributed to the end of her film career.
