so I actually just bought god of war 3 and I still didn't beat it yet since I was kinda busy. anyways for those of you who tried the glitch, you know in like the beginning of the game, before you beat Poseidon, you know how you go to Gaia's heart? and there's like blue crystals protecting the heart? and since you already have nemean cestus. At that point can you destroy it using nemean cestus and destroy her heart? and if you can, what happens?

@zippy327 In order to keep your earned stuff in a difficulty, you must have beaten it at least once already. Therefore, you gotta go thru Chaos normally first...

Yes. To all the people who are still figuring out why it won't work, it's because you downloaded "Update 1.03". If you are not familiar with what these things are, and do, then you probably only download it because you think it makes the game better. Correction it does, but INSIDE the update, they put a patch to where you cannot be offered Easy mode in the Combat Arena. Go to your PS3's home, and go under "Game" section. Scroll up to "Game Data Utility". Go to God of War III and delete. Solved.

i am having trouble with my game. first of all, this glitch doesn't even work for me. i read the one guy's explanation that they fixed it so it doesn't do it anymore.. yeah ok thats fine, but im having even more problems.

i just beat chaos mode, but I'm not getting ANY option for bonus play, i can't use my god treasures outside of the combat arena, the only costume that is unlocked is still just Fear Kratos, and I still have no idea how to get these 2 hidden trophies. Can someone pleas help me?

dude i tried this and it worked!!!XD but with my curiosity i tried to destroy the judges back-head crystals with cestus IT WORKED!!! but when i come down and hit the crystal a couple a times it just freezes ....... the sound from the game is working though...and the fucking thing dosent de-freeze god damn it i was so curious what would happen if you would break the chain even before you killed hades =(

Thx man, I was trying to figure out this, start a new game with all the previous weapons, I even beat the game on chaos difficulty (some times, it was annoying, 2 hits with max health and I was already dead)

by the way if you get the bow (and don't skip it) you have to level it up all over again. which is probably the same with other weapons that you avoidably get throughout the game.

Your wrong every weapon is maxed even if you get it again, the only weapon that you must max again is the Blades of Exile.

The missing item is a sacred gem you gain b killing the large scorpion in the labrynth. It's near the end of the game.

I tried this glitch and I selected Titain mode (it's all I need) and when I saved the game, I quite and return to the load screen, the file says im playing in Easy mode...yet the monsters aren't going down as 'easily', is this suppose to happen?

With this glitch you are able to skip parts right? If you do will you still get the trophy ffor beating it on titan mode? Also if you are able to skip the labyrinth section would you get the final trophy?

I can only think of 1 area you CAN skip and thats the broken bridges before Aphrodite's chamber. The only other possibly skipping place is killing the 3judges but that freezes the game. Other possible skipping spots don't work

great video...did you know that you can turn on infinite health and still die (only if frozen in the air by a gorgon)? If you do this, when you start a new game, you will keep the infinite health! Its cheap, but fun

You can't activate it in the arena by chaos (the easy message won't pop up) but when you select the difficulty for the new game yes you can.
