I have to disagree.

1)She is showing less than most actresses on the red carpet at the oscars or emmys, e. g. her head, shoulders and kneecaps. She most likely wore a one peice swimsuit during the shoot. It's just a clever camera angle to suggest nudity.

2) The video is a stark depiction of the subject of physical abuse suggested by the lyrics, and a subtle job of it! The parts where she is touching her neck or working the jaw are done with such subtlety as to be almost subliminal.
