do you get 100% by doing all the burning routes and the midnight routes or do you have to set time road rules on all the roads too?

Yeah, the quality is bad but I didn't have time to do what I have to do to record directly :) Thankfully, the bikes are offline as well, unlike the cars from the last update. And it's like an entirely new game, because you have a whole license and new Road Rules and new races at the intersections, and all that is offline.

They should be in your Junkyard. When I downloaded the Bike update, it started me out with a bike right away (like I mean one was already selected). Either way, they should be all the way at the right of your list of vehicles in the Junkyard.

How do you even use the bikes?

how come it says 101% percent how do u get the 1 percent

You have to do every Burning Ride and every Midnight Ride to get 100%, and then you have to set a Time Road Rule on every road twice (one for the daytime, and one for the nighttime), and then you have to complete 2 sets of Online Chalenges for 101%. (There are 14 sets of challenges; it's 5 challenges in each set. I couldn't have done it without some stranger being nice enough to help me out, sine the online challenges are co-op). At 101% you unlock the chrome finish for the bikes.
