Personally in my opinion with this episode is that he's not really their brother but is another test for Dean. That he can teach his hunting skills when the Apocalypse comes to other people. Also I wonder about Sam's deal he made with Lilith if its going to be fulfilled or not. He lied to Dean saying she offered to make a deal, but Sam really did make the deal. Supernatural is getting overboard. No wonder Kripke is only doing one more season, and I think that's how its going to end.
