Haha. On my first playthrough, I did his quest so there was no trouble. On my second playthrough, after I discovered how overpowered magic was, I became Arch-Mage and made a ridiculously powerful 1-hit-kill-anything spell on touch.  THEN, I got to the arena and eventually to this battle. I laughed my ass off after he rushed to me and right before he was going to swing his sword, he was launched to the air. over my head. on fire.

I became the Arch-Mage before entering the Arena. I put the game on Very Hard and made a badass touch spell. It was the funniest thing ever. The guy ran to me like a freaking spartan and I casted the spell on the exact moment. I put it on third person and it looked like my hands hit him and he flew over my head. It's hard to describe, but it was epic XD

I know how to kill the gray prince easier!! You have only to do before you fight him his quest and when you'll finished the quest he will say « I'm a vampire... go talk whith... for the fight» Then, when the fight begins he will not attack you.

this isn't the prince's sword he had an elfic sword very streng but if you tell him that his father is a vampire he will not fight with you but ask to kill him and you became great champion without the fight

I did the mission for the Gray Prince, you know, the one for what you have to travel to Crowhaven, west of Cyrodiil ...

It gives you bonus in blade and blunt, but, for the last fight, the Gray Prince just doesn't fight !

He doesn't defend himself ! And the only way to stop it is to kill him.

A crappy fight, I tell you that =(
