Citi Field is honestly a great ballpark. At first I really didn't like it, but when I went back a second time I realized how nice of a ballpark it was. It has a very friendly and kid-friendly environment. Yankee Stadium I heard is more like a museum, just a cold feeling stadium. With all the columns and gold plaques and all. I think Citi Field is one of the nicest Ballpark's in baseball. 8/10.

lol, just to let u guys know the only reason u guys dont appreciate the new Yankee Stadium is because they decided to go back to the old look of the old Yankee Stadium. I think thats really cool, the mets on the other hand, had absoultely nothing o refer back to in terms of an old stadiumtherefore, you just had to follow the idea of building a "modern stadium". Besides, seeing the Yankees spent $1.3 billion dollars on a new stadium with old looks, they couldve EASILY outdone any new "modern"park

farmlandballa10, the reason a team like the Yankees couldnt renovate is because of the fact that they had already renovated it, not to mention the Team Officials had made it clear that the stadium was in worse condition than the eye could see, therefore, a new stadium had to be in order. Dude the Twins new ballpark "Target Field" looks amazing, and like the Rangers ballpark, but when it comes to the new Yankee Stadium, nothing is more intimidating and impressive than the white frieze or "facade"

Why? Can't call the new stadium Shea, there's only one Shea. So what would have been ideal? Jackie Robinson? He played ball for a team that is currently in Los Angeles. Did you want to have a ballpark in Queens named after a player whose team left Brooklyn so unceremoniously?  Be realistic. I don't see anyone calling the Yankees sellouts with the deal they made with Addidas. Even the tarp has the Addidas logo. That's a sellout, if i ever saw one!
