Hey Cassey, First off, I love your videos. I do them all the time. I'm 5'2", 15 years old and weigh around 112 lbs. I know thats not fat or anything, but I still have a little bit of fat I'd like to get rid of like mostly on my stomach and arms. I do your videos and I do at least 20 minute of cardio around 5-6 times a week. I eat pretty healthy, but once in a while I do have my bad days (but not too crazy lol). I feel like I'm doing everything right, but the fat is still there. Any advice?

Thankyouu! I never realised that you get fat on your back so I didn't bother with back excersizes. But actually when I looked at it it was a bit chunky. I know this will come in useful.
