I like to surf around in the holes on the rivers i paddle...one day i got sucked in and worked i tried swimming to the surface but it kept pulling me down..i finally just accepted death and went limp...by doing that it spit me out...so your advice on swimming up isnt the best... if you find youself in a situation like that swim down to get out of the hydroulics...not hating on you just giving a little more info to people who kayak or looking into the sport...
@slobjob13 i used to do that when i was like 4, then my mom started beating me for making noise. if i had the pillows id totally do it now, i remember that was mad fun. id probably go through the floor now though

@darkoriginhunter only if you are a customer on a comercial rafting operation might you be subject to an age limit. I have run this river 20 times while I was only 15. There are no age limits on rivers.
With a commercial outfitterr you have to be 12 for the Lower New. Ive been down with 6 year olds at low water levels though. The level here is probably around 0 ft or maybe below 0. Thats when the halls of karma become good.
