He won't "get his shit together". After minicamps how many weeks passed before he was able to practice again? And then 4 days before the game: surpriiiise, his back flares up. Does that mean we're gonna have to wait for like another 3 weeks before he can practice again? And does that also mean once he's back on the practice field he'll get hurt, again, and miss another game? Let's give him a deadline or something, i'm pretty sure testing his motivation would change his "recovery" speed a lot!
