Depends. if u have a "okay" Graphics Card and a sucky Processor you will run wow with a lot of FPS lag. Another pc i have has a good Graphics Card but a not so good processor and its a bitch playing wow on it. Its like watching Pictures on 2 second delay so you should check for more stuff then just add a Graphics Card + Blizzard employs say WoW is more Processor based game then Graphics so check your CPU also while your at it
