The entire leadership is in Tripoli. The lawful armed forces (army and volunteers) control the city. Despite constant NATO air attacks, the army captured 70 rebels incl. 4 Qatar commanders. Venezuelan Embassy was hit, then robbed. Many dead and wounded soldiers. Now, the fight is for the Tripoli airport. Gov't is sorry Libyan blood is spilled but says they have no other way except defending the country and people by all means. They are ready for a cease fire but the rebels do not want.
