  • Ive been doing some research on xylitol. I think it's safe if the source is from birch bark or fruit but not from gmo-corn, in which manufacturers use dangerous chemicals to abstract the xylitol from. Just a heads up to let u know.:) Great informative video!

  • @mohsinuk2000 - If you need to gain weight it would be best to figure out the root cause underlying that. Simply trying to trick your body into wanting more calories is likely not the best solution.

  • @cobaltfae -A little honey is fine but I would avoid saccharin.

  • So if im trying to put on weight, does that mean i can have a bit of stevia to keep me hungry all the time and thus eating more?

  • I do use equal sometimes in coffee, however I will try to follow your Stevia suggestion, going forward.

  • What are your thoughts regarding the efficacy of the olive oil/citrus cleanse? I have now run it four times, and the stone release it provoked in one case was startline --size in the vicinity of a walnut. Two of them, in fact. My complexion cleared a good deal, after this, and 2 my amazement later I proved markedly less allergic to cats. Is this normal? What are your thoughts? I also avoid all gluten, etc, even the minor sources.

  • i use stevia with a big thumbs up from my naturopath... she has no problems with it whatsoever... your right, it takes very little stevia to sweeten any beverage...
