In terms of fuel heater, one thing that some off the shelf easily are the diesel heater, and one thing that seems to help is vaporisation is aggitation ( just phystcal movement, if you put recently boiled water in a thin walled bottle, close it and shakes it , the bottle expands, i think its described as vapour pressure) , ie if you could strap the unit onto the engine you'll get the heat and the vibration, and all you need now is to find some method to drive a bubbler.

I like your idea over fuel vapour & HHO as starts on the way to somthing under the bonnet......but the magnet wheel idea.....I don't quite see were you are going. 2 strokes to start with, ( before you get into HHO or Vap addtions ) are supposed to be about 20 % effeciant, and then the transmission losses, which in cars is supposed to be about 1/3 loss, I would suggest, if you could mount the magnets on the generator hub, you, at least, won't have the transmission loss.

I dont think that little Tomos engine will cope with all that weight Im afraid. I have a Tomos moped myself, A52 engine, and with 2 ppls it almost breaks down :P.

Maybe an idea to install 2 tomos engines, someone on youtube already accomplished this with 2 puch engines, so it is possible!

That wasn't EXACTLY what I meant by a metal framed stackable chair but it looks very comfortable ! I feel I remember those sound effects from somewhere....hum....sounded alot like my house when I was growing up.
