RI needs awareness about individual recovery paths including alternatives to 12-step based groups for people who wish for alternative ways to find recovery from substance abuse and other self destructive living.
Currently there are no public non-12step secular recovery or AA/NA freethinker's support groups in RI.
Please help people who might be scared from getting the help they need because it might involve "getting dogmatic spirituality." People who don't fit into AA/NA deserve support too!
