As far as I know, the GBA-Version features a multiplayer mode. It's a shame there are no videos or pictures of it however. The thought of 2 turners fighting each other or making their way through a horde of mutants together is so f%!king exciting!

Ah yes, I remember this game very well, it came preinstalled on my Windows 95 computer at the time. Took a little bit to figure it out but all in all a really fun and unique experience.

Graphics: very good

Sound: very good

Controls: good

Game play: An interesting idée on a comic book/game! This game is awesome, keeping in mind that it was made in the 90 in 16bit and not in 2000 with our powerful 3d graphics we have today. I give it 5/5 it deserves it!

I still remember that game, I used to play it with my brother on a SEGA I got from my neighboor. Damn those games kickass, I never had that much fun with a newer console.

Gamemakers of now dont care about the gameplay and stories, they just care for the graphics. Im going to play this game on PSP via an emulator.

Good review, but "you'll probably beat this in one sitting"?! This game is much too hard to beat in one sitting for any normal human being! I began playing this game over 10 years ago and I still can't beat it!

What i love about this is i was just downloading old sega games like sonic and james pond earthworm jim ect and i found this and decided to download it and i played it and seriously for someon who plays next gen gow and the xbox 360 all the time i found this game soooo much fun i love it its so original and for its time the gameplay kicks ass and the graphics are top quality its a really gd game

Man, I love this game! I used to love visiting my grandparents in Iowa just to play this on their Genesis (along with the arcade collections, Sparkster the rocket knight and MKII). Now, instead of buying it, I will eventually....I downloaded it onto my computer and use an Xbox 360 wired controller with the Joy2Key program to play it. Now, to get Sparkster, The Rocket Knight...

Get it! I'ts not that hard, with some practice, just learn the combos and the secret Items. It's easy with the time.

But If you really sucks at this game just try this: Go to Jukebox and press C on sounds 3,12,17,2,2,10,2,7,7,11. a voice will say ''Oh yeah''. Trust me, this will make the game very easy!

I remember having 'Comix Zone' when I was a kid. That game was so awesome. Fun to play, original storyline, cool heroes and villains, and who knew a comic book artist could fight like that?

I would LOVE to see 'Comix Zone' re- invented for the next- gen consoles.

I'm wondering why you only showed the first level, rather than clips of the different locations. Also, for the fans, when you get down to that part with the box, switch, and the flaming barrels, there's a trick to getting past it. Push the box almost to the wall, but not all the way. Jump on top, flick the switch, then jump down between the box and the wall. Push the box through the now-open hole, and it will hit the flaming barrels, blowing them up, and leaving you to jump down unharmed.
