The title means "yes but no". As u can c in da mv he is thinking about another girl. He cant decide, he is saying to himself he should but he knows that her love is not the best thing for him...but at the same time he is saying maybe this could be better than what he or she already has. Something like that...My knowledge in spanish is basic but I hope it was helpful to u...Enjoy!
