how the hell do u set a ringtone for the phone??

the only way i can do it is by setting a ringtone for every person in my contacts but there must be an easier way?

@priboianucristian you go into my files and then into music. then click the small arrow at the bottom of the screen in my files. then select which song u want to send..:)

Don't forget guys. Macintosh dominated the PC market in the 80s, but soon became minor player in the 90s because IBM opened up their architecture to the third party manufacturer and that gave us giants like Dell, HP etc.. Apple probably enjoyed their profit for a while but soon forgotten. They have resurrected now with their IPhone but unless they learn from their past, my bet is on either LiMo or Android. People don't need monopoly, naturally.

@ fielder84, lol, the iphone is getting dated and old, I'm pretty much a hardcore 3Gs user but there ARE better products out there than the Iphone. The Iphone is just sold towards gimmicky people and I unfortunately fell for it. The UI is awfully dated now. There are much better smartphones coming from Android and the Nokia N900, not to mentioned the impressive HTC HD2. The question you should have asked davidcoady87, is this better than the N900 and the HD2? NO.

No, both the speed of the software and user ability are so slow and poor. People don't want pointless 3d effect just to say "wow it's now going to take twice a long to get to a friend", JUST MAKE IT FAST AND EASY!! Thanks why apple have done so well.
