  • So, did you ferment this??? Irish moss is a kettle coagulant, used so proteins in the kettle stick and fall to the bottom of the kettle. It will have no use in your application.

  • Pretty good first video. Mine was so bad I had to delete it. LOL

    As far as the Munton's yeast, I'd throw it in the boil for nutrient, or use it for inmate brews if you wish. The Cooper's is good for warmer temps (above 70F). The Nottingham and Saflager (pronounced Log-er) likes lowers temps below 70F (58-64F would be best).

  • @PeiHomeBrewer Thanks. I dont have a program yet to do any real editing, so I figured what the hell, go with what I have. Thanks for the saflager pronouncing. My Yankee accent at work there ;) I never used saflager before, and it came with my brew order by mistake...nice mistake huh lol
