So you used a EPS panel on the inside. I want to use the spray in type do to it's lower cost like the manufacturers do. It is more expensive to get started but could be worth the cost and effort.
If I understand correctly you produced your own SIP. I want make my own panels also. I have a few ideas on how to do it with a welded up jig or a hardwood jig but how do you do it?

these r made with styrofoam and hardi board glued to either side and edges.hardi board is concrete board 4 those of u that dont no.
