Thats awesome :) it's the first red sesame shiba inu that I have seen on youtube. I have a red sesame as well who is 2 1/2. They really are great dogs.
He should get used to his leash in a few days time. Most Shibas are independent and like to be leaders. You need to show him you are the leader (i.e. going out of the door before him, having him walk beside you instead of in front of you)
Discourage the biting...when he wants to bite, give him a toy/bone to bite and give him lots of praise.
If he goes crazy biting you, then snap the leash on him and give him a warning, and then time out if need be.
@JewishSausageFest haha i have the same issue with my shiba, same exact ones. now hes fine on leash but still a biter. has urs got bettter with biting ???

but he's only 10 weeks, don't be too harsh
