Friend, if you are trying to sell these units I would suggest you neaten the work up and bring it up to code. Why wouldn't you set a receptacle on the wall for the discharge circuit instead of the hacked-up extension cord? Is the disconnecter a legal requirement (firedepartment)? I would assume that the charge controller is safety enough for the battery system (hence the name).

Pretty neat but could be much more efficient. The turbine could be designed a bit better and could also make use of a DC generator so it would be DC to AC instead of AC to DC to AC. If made more efficient you might could generate 2-3 times as much as current.
the reason they turn it to dc and back to ac is that you can't store ac. so you'll have to turn it to dc to store it. even if you're using the electricity you have to make some sort of buffer to reduce the "wabble"in the current when you turn something on or off.
the reason the switch it back to AC is that all of your stuff run's primarely on AC. iff not it'll turn it to dc on its own.
soooooo ineficient. i could do a better job than that.
