  • Saw these guys in Burlington, VT. a few yrs. ago,....UNREAL! They jam and Davey sings incredibly!

  • Awesome song with an excellent interpretation. I really felt the guitar and vocals duplicated the fire and emotion of the original vocal performance by Crosby. Thanks.

  • 1 person cut there hair

  • One person just doesn't get it.

  • this video should have more views... he plays that guitar heavenly!

  • 12BarBob.....How in the heck did I miss him at the Pour House In Charleston???

  • everytime i hear this chap play im inspired heavily!

  • the drummer (ross) is my cusin :)

  • I saw Davy do this from about 5 feet away from the stage at the Pour House in Charleston SC. This number especially blew me away. Between his strong vocals and the extended lead, I would say it was one of the best guitar performances I have ever seen. He is a heck of a nice guy too. Go out of your way to catch this act while you can still see him up close. He will definatley be a superstar.

  • Love love love it!

  • excellent

  • The song is about how David Crosby felt after the Kent State shootings, and his lyric "I feel like I owe it to someone" is in reference to Allison Krausse, who died in those shootings.

The beauty of Davy doing that song in Pittsburgh, to me, is in the fact that Allison Krausse was from Pittsburgh. I'm sure it put a smile on Allison's face, somewhere.....

  • Kid is wise beyond his years, and the Strat is done, all $30,000 PRS from here on out

  • nice voice nice guitar playing but, lyrics =S kind of funny if im honest.

  • It's about a status in society and back then long hair said "fuck your societal standards, i'm doin things MY WAY". There was a whole philosophy behind long hair. Ever hear of the hippies?

  • i understand that but it just sound stupid. i understand the thinking behind it but the lyrics are not to my taste.

  • i saw him open for chickenfoot. btw chickenfoot is another awesome band if you havnt heard of them. Joe satarani, chad smith (red hot chili peppers), Sammy Hagar, and the basist from van halen i forget his name lol
