You're all deaf. This is the only version of the song. The guitars are tuned to dropped C on every song on Doom. If you can't tell that the guitars are the same, you definitely can't pick the bass apart from the guitars.

I think both of the versions sound slightly different at first but it sounds all the same to me in the end. The bass is better in this version though as someone else pointed out.
