  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Que la zorraaa!!!!

  • where has this been all my life? i've been to beatle fest 2x! i've watched those king world cartoons a bunch of times, and I never knew that this existed. I've read...12 books about the beatles??

  • Must have taken a wrong turn at Varanasi lol...

  • The drum beats sounds way better on here!

  • Heavy for a Kids cartoon ROCK ON JOHN

  • It's a disgrace

  • -_- What the hell is this shit, if you didn't notice, they are changing the lyrics and making fun of the beatles -_- That's not right AT ALL!!!

  • @collie1236 ? .-.

  • @collie1236 umm how are they making fun of them? tell me

  • I like their headdresses, especially Ringo's. He looks so cute in pink :-P

  • AMAZING.

  • Excelente :D

  • Maybe you missed my sarcasm, Valientlink. I seriously question the intelligence of them Beatles to have written all them groovy drug songs when they had an audience of millions of impressionable children.

  • It's brilliant. It's obviously about LSD but they made is as comical and child friendly as possible. It's like a parody in a way, a kid could easily interpret the song to be like this because it's not like they are literally saying "drop acid".

  • Isn't it groovy? A cartoon show geared towards 7 and 8 year old children while the Beatles sing in praises of this great and powerful drug LSD? Far out, man.

  • @acebackwords WELL, The Beatles had their dark side also... even in cartoons !

  • Wow! How cool was that to see this played on one of the Beatles animated cartoon show! Very psychedelic for its time!

  • This song sounds to modern for the beatles, and thats how BADASS they were. The Beatles ROCK.

  • As anti-drug as I am, the music and the sequence together were awesome. You know darn well this was somebody's acid trip. I don't think this is appropriate for a kids' show, but I'll take this over the porn that passes for cartoons nowadays.

  • Yeah, Revolver is my favorite album by far

  • LOOKS LIKE ..an lsd trip

  • It's impossible to overstate how bad ass this band was. Imagine what George Martin could do with Radiohead and today's technology.

  • What a tripp!!

  • Paul looks SO fried!

  • Paul is derping like crazy in this video

  • I agree with clh37204.You've got to give it some credit,I think!!

  • ladies and gentlemen: the beginning of drum-and-bass.

  • cartoons are a lot racier than this, and just disgusting and in bad taste...

the backwards guitar solo and drumming are amazing :D

  • Gotta love this. It's my favorite song of the Beatles and they are in a Meso-american site... <3

    Pure trippy epicness!

  • Ringo's awesome in cartoon form! I have a little doll-toy-thingy of this Ringo. :D

  • Bizarre that they would put such goofy animation up with such a trippy song, but somehow it works!

  • ringo is soo funny in this song XD

  • this must've freaked the kiddies (and their parents) out on saturday morning back in 66

  • Comment removed

  • @briney1973

Nope! This kiddie never really noticed back then what was psychadelic or not. It was Beatles!! (and the parents were sleeping.)

  • That's why i love drugs!!!

  • this song to a cartoon? an oxymoron if I ever saw one! but the 60s saw it all and anything was possible, even if it was for a fleeting moment!

  • oh fuck and I thought the blond girl from Sucker Punch had a bad acid trip!

  • lol this animation is uh...pretty bad...I'm gunna guess they didn't have much of a budget or the right equipment then.

  • My fave Beatles track. Only about 30 years ahead of 'Big Beat' & the Chemical Bros. ^^

  • WAY TOO GOOD!

  • @TheMagnificentConner,

    Whenever we can.

  • ayahuasca much???

  • BEATLES = GENIUSES

  • aztec + beatles it is know...thank you share love...

  • A great song , thanks share the great video , I enjoy it very much

  • The Beatles are coming back, but not as the cute mop tops we saw the first time. This time, we will see them for the prophets they really were and hear the spiritual and truth side of their music. It will change the world again. Go to TruthContest (dot) com and open The Present, then read the section about The Beatles. Pass this on to every Beatles fan you know.

  • @AllThatYouSense

    Hey, good comment!

But I saw them as "the prophets they really were" even in '66 when I discovered them:

Got no problems if Stones or Beatles: Stones for the body, Beatles for the head!

  • anyone else notice that the chick dancing is topless?

  • @burtonfan85 What are you talking about? I make stuff like this without any cost. Its the rights to release it that costs a lot.

  • This song is so trippy and weird. I LOVE THIS SONG! That's what I love about music of the past, it's a lot better than the music in the past 2-3 years.

  • Love is All and Love is Everyone

It is Knowing, it is Knowing...

  • in being of aztec age , I love the song and video has a tribal flow to it a very timeless song , thanks for sharing it .

  • @burtonfan85

    lol that makes since thanks

  • Anyone else notice that in like every cartoon they have the side shot of johns head while he is singing?

  • Twitchy.

  • I've been so stoned listening to this song that I tried to take off my socks and i wasnt wearing any!

  • hahaha, wow. Interesting...why didn't I grow up with this cartoon? :D

  • why don't they give George his rightful sitar? :( he still rocks, though :)

  • interesting...

  • This song is not an acid trip ...It has nothing to do with drugs ..It is about meditation .The sitar was played by George Harrison . He was the one responsible for their famous trip to India

  • @winterdock Bro, the lyrics of this song are taken from "The Psychedelic Experience" by Timothy Leary... it is quite definitely about drugs.

  • @DarkSunGod They were taken from the Tibeten Book of the Dead.

  • @ardee1980 The psychedelic experience was Leary's translation of the tibeten book... so actually we're both right.

  • @winterdock ITS NOT A SITAR ITS SOMTHING ELSE BUT I FORGOT THE NAME .

I WAS AT CLASS ABOUT THIS SONG

    THAT WAS GRAET

  • WHAT THE FUCK hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha im tripping my face offffff hahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Read Geoff Emerick's book Here There and Everywhere if you want to know how The Beatles chief engineer, Geoff Emerick, recorded this song. Great book. Very good read for the musician and non-musician. Very informative.

  • @jamesskb I LOVE Emerick's book! I just finished it and I've learned a lot. Now I can understand the sequence of their recordings comparing what he wrote to the info in Mark Lewisohn's "Beatles' Sessions"

  • This cartoon showed kids the effects of LSD.

    Drug Awareness

  • I have a drum and i try to make this song in drum

  • isnt it a little nahive to write a children's cartoon about lsd tripping?

  • Surrender to the void! it is shining!

  • please watch my dubstep remix of this song watch?v=uinO6J5geio

  • This track is every bit as modern as today's music... a fucking vision from the past

  • this is were we go when we die

  • The best part about these Beatles cartoons is that they were made around Revolver/Sgt. Pepper's/Magical Mystery Tour. They were past the whole Beatlemania thing, and yet the cartoon was still trying to sell them with the whole "lovable moptops" image.

  • @asdf331331 thats why even now a days if you ask someone who the beatles were from this generation, thats the image that pops into there head, "those mop headed guys who sang twist and shout"

  • Awesome...This was the be end all of the generation

  • Woah! At 0:05 where Ringo makes that silly face kind of looks like a real picture of him from abbey road on feb 26, 1964. I just came across it from the itunes lp of hard day's night

  • Pretty f***ing sad that mainstream cartoons these days wouldn't dare to be this adventurous...

  • The Mayan girl is cute.

  • And these cartoons were for us 6 to 8 year olds back then! You would never have this on tv these days.

  • @tookie9293 acctualy i don"'t understand this cartoon is from the sixtys ??

  • lsd MUCH:)

  • The whole song is a C chord!!!! F@ckin' genius!

  • Apropo of a good ayahuasca dosing session.

  • Apropo of a good Ayahuasca dosing session.

  • perfect video to this song!

  • the greatest fucking music ever.

  • John Lennon was a true hero

  • Fantastic! One of my favorite Beatles songs, revolutionary, sublime.

  • Rest in peace, John. You died before I was born but I still feel like we can relate.

  • 1:27 mictlantecuhtli "god of the death"

  • The Beatles: pioneers of drum-n-bass.

  • The cartoon lennon is pretty accurate, wjen he sings, his eyes sare squinted, and he moves his mouth as little as possible

  • i would love to go to florida on summer vacation, the state i lived in never showed the beatles cartoon... and the music will always be timeless....way ahead of thier time....the greatest of great bands..

  • i dont know why but when people think of the beatles the first thing that comes to mind is lsd and drugs, ALL OF THERE FUCKING AMAZING SONGS ARE NOT FROM ACID TRIPS! SO DONT ALWAYS THINK THEY ARE HIGH!!!! JUST BECAUSE THEY MAKE A SONG WITH NO SENSE DOESNT MEAN THEY WERE HIGH, OR MAYBE JUST ONE OF THEM WAS HIGH. JEEZ

  • Acid trip

  • The Mayan"s gir was in a good trip.. :)

  • Qué "pasonzote" se ha de haber dado el buen Lennon para concebir esta maravilla. Según está basada en el Libro de los Muertos; como sea, de lo más ching** de los genios de Liverpool.

  • Whats is this cartoon???

  • @Nestorillo78951 It''s from the Al Brodax produced Beatles cartoon show. Music release and licensing problems have kept it from a legit DVD release, but there are bootlegs circulating around. As the Romans said, "Caveat Emptor" ("Let the buyer beware"),

  • her boobies are showing!

  • Turn off your mind, Relax and Float Down Stream! Love this song!

  • legalize psychedelics

  • @hellixxx purposefully Illegal to keep us away from this... sss

amazing tune amazing clip from an amazing band

  • One of the most futuristic Beatles songs. Luv it.

  • i wish TV would bring back good old cartoons and music like The Beatles cartoons

  • 0:48 = epic John turn

  • mements like these make me proud to be a Meso American :^)

  • this is probably my favorite song by the beatles but this video.... scares me.

  • @AceKennyA take some LSD and watch this vid again .............IT WILL STILL LOOK FREAKIN SCARY

  • @batmanrox102 you would not be able to operate a computer. its fuckin hard as shit to eat, let alone use a computer.

  • This song is high XD

  • "Lay down all thought...." Paul keels over...interesting.

  • Tomorrow never knows because tomorrow never shows up.

  • Turn off your mind, relax and smoke some weed....

  • Quick Trivia, wich episode and season is this one??

  • INCREIBLE!

  • 7 people are not floating downstream

  • at 28 seconds it looked like the 2 Johns were about to kiss eachother. xD

  • Listening to the Beatles is a religious experience. Wish I could go back to the moment in time where i first listened to this album.

  • simply put, this song was before its time. even now i listen to it and its absolute genius

  • I just don't get this cartoon, i'm sure if I watch it, i'll understand, but I really don't see the point of it...

  • @FightingJEDI thats the points of this video. the points is that there is no points:) its only EPIC

  • I love the characters. They really look like each Beatle.

  • BEST BEATLES SONG. EVER.

  • I used to love this stuff when I was little! ;-)

  • 1:57 listen to the color of you're dreams? ELLESSDEEE

  • very possibly the most important song ever made

  • My favorite Beatles song without question. Cheeky bastards. :P

  • Watch Chemical Brothers - Setting Sun after this.

  • the beginning of house beats?!

  • this is proof that some good, dare i say god like music, comes from LSD

  • ringos so adorable with his bongos XD

  • This is in my mind the official video for Tomorrow Never Knows...considering it was just a kids cartoon it's pretty awesome. The side shots of Lennon singing are epic.

  • This song was ahead of time, it is in my opinion the first psychedelic approach of the band in all the concept lyrics, rhythm, sounds and atmosphere, in fact Oasis use the drum as a base for the within you without you. This is one of the greatest song of the group does not matter if was a hit or not at the time.

Lay down all thought surrender to the void.

  • Listen to the color of your dreams

  • Its funny how they think the guitar solo is a horn, when its actually a guitar solo reversed. haha

  • Rather trippy stuff for a Saturday morning cartoon show!

  • it's funny is vey funny

  • Comment removed

  • Lol 2:26 Paul looks like Frankenstein

  • I think this song is my fav ever x)

  • waaa que bonito xD

  • i thought the lyrics was from timothy leary book though

  • This song was based on Hindu writings. The Beatles hated this cartoon, and disliked the persistance of their clean-cut boy band persona. The Beatles made Sgt. Pepper in order to put the beatlemania era to rest, and to express their mature and true artistic side.

  • @1StarForEveryone it was actually based loosely off the tibetan book of the dead. Timothy Leary wrote a book called the psychedelic experience and this song uses lyrics from this book. If you are at all interested in psychedelic culture i would recommend this book it is a very good read

  • The book " Doors of percetion", is another interesting look at psychedelia. In fact in was in this book where the term was invented and Jim Morrison got the name for his Band

  • Aldous Huxley wrote a book about his experiences with Mescaline in 1954. the title of the book, DOORS OF PERCEPTION, did indeed inspire Jim Morrison in the naming of his band,. .but this term was invented neither by Jim Morrison or Aldous Huxley,.. it is from a poem by William Blake,.. where he says,.. that "when the doors of perception are cleansed, then man will see things as they truly are,... infinite." it's cool .

  • While that may be true, this song came out before Sgt Pepper's

  • Between Season 1 & Season 3...1 was easy listening, while 3 got hard on the sound.

Acid Rock overpowers the 1960s hands down :D

  • This music is 40 years old. WoW!

  • 44 years now!

  • @brookebrake 40 years old, yet timelesssssss....

  • @brookebrake and 40 times better than anything today

  • @brookebrake 44 even..

  • You're stuck n the past and a bunch of Mayans are going to massacre you. What do you do?

Break out the damn LSD, motherfuckahs.

  • @Astrosimi That's where you gently shift context, my friend.

  • @Astrosimi Hahahaha, damn funny comment :P

Don't forget the occasional doobie here and there :D

  • @Astrosimi That's the solution to everything.

  • @Astrosimi Mescalin will do the job

  • Great song... or greatest song ever?

  • 2:46 That thing on the wall has clearly visible penis

  • Indeed.

    So?:)

  • It probably explains Ringo's face at 0:05.
