I don't understand what you're saying.

Use an IPS patcher (such as LunarIPS or IPSwin) to apply FE8Norm.ips and fe8e.ips to a clean version of FE8. That's all.

Oh yeah up to what chapter is the first release edited up to?

only thing missing in this FE8 patch is plot/graphics.
