I have a samsung camera too but the lens are stuck not even half way and when I try to turn it on it just makes a little noise

@periux100 hi there, it sound like a motor problem over the past year i have help't to fix over 500 cameras but they all seam to have problems with the lens its a power problem and the power going to your lens .... please just keep trying it but be gentile with it also i wish i could help more but i thing the power unit is packing up sorry good luck also try getting a sowing needle and going around the out side of the lens where it joins the camera some time grit can get in there

please help my lens was stuck then when i turned it off the lens went it and now it wont come back out the power light flashes once then dies is there a fix for this

@Addicted2Gamin are your batters strong enough for the camera .... there is a power issue with the camera .........i have no info on your problem sorry

The Lens won't Twist. Mines a 10.2 Mega Pixels Camera. It's Blue.

hello , ok my camera lens dose not twist , just hold lens gentley , twist body of camera , left / right . so it spins then try following video , push power button, tell me what happens
