Reality is Smith hid on the bench for ten minutes before running onto the floor looking to fight at the end of Suitor's shift. Smith knows damn well is Suitor didn't hurt his hand, Smith was toast. Smith did turn him down earlier in this game, no question.

Well, they must have found them and glued them back in that night. I saw him the next night with a full smile. Smith's job all night is to stand in front of his net and blindside cutters, doesn't break much of a sweat. Suitor runs the whole floor all game. Smith was very well rested and it was planned that way before tangling with Suitor. Of course Smith fights more than Suitor, what else does he know what to do?
