I can't begin to express how much I respect when people who know what they're talking about confront police injustice. Yet near the end of the video, when you play back the SUV driving mishap, the women are clearly in the driveway and within the property. I saw no evidence what so ever of any crime on this video. I saw a vehicle being recorded once it was already past the protesters hitting some snow. Not saying there isn't any evidence of animal abuse, but you showed nothing in this video. I saw two females being difficult to police officers. Police officers that were dispatched there and were very respectful. Police can't be expected to know all property lines. The police were trying to find a resonable solution for both parties.

The right of way varies from approximately 10 feet to 25 feet, depending on the road, etc. It's startling to see how many people simply do not understand basic legalities affecting public access.

This video actually catches the woman lawyer in a lie. She stated that she hadn't entered the driveway until the police came to speak with them. Yet near the end of the video, when you play back the SUV driving mishap, the women are clearly in the driveway and within the property. I wanted to see the women teach these coppers a lesson, but this video is a failure. I'm sure you won't "approve" this comment because it goes against your cause, but let it be known that some people notice things

Cop was polite. Trying to end a conflict between private property (which nobody knows, and is really impossible to know on the spot), and right to protest. What, I should hate on that cop because he's in a gray area and some lady nags at him, trying to goad him into a mistake, while she misrepresents and lies at times? I bet he's saved a few lives. If somebody breaks into her house, I wonder if she wants the cops to stop by city hall to check out the property lines before responding? Hypocrite.

The gun club knows, as well, it's been there long enough, there are local property owners who belong to it and have an obvious rapport with town officials. I saw no evidence what so ever of any crime on this video. I saw a vehicle being recorded once it was already past the protesters hitting some snow. Not saying there isn't any evidence of animal abuse, but you showed nothing in this video. I saw two females being difficult to police officers. Police officers that were dispatched there and were very respectful. Police can't be expected to know all property lines. The police were trying to find a resonable solution for both parties.

You know, I'd -highly- suggest a nanny-type cam for backup if they were to smash your camera, then smash your shit (so gracefully and colloquially put). The right of way varies from approximately 10 feet to 25 feet, depending on the road, etc. It's startling to see how many people simply do not understand basic legalities affecting public access.

Seems like this man has a hard time understanding the law when it's being explained to him. My best guess is it's because she's a woman and she knows more about the law than a police officer and he's offended by that. It's the officer's responsibility to learn the law. I would seek out that police station's internal affairs (IA) office. They handle that kind of nonsense. Nobody should put up with a bad cop and all should be reported.
