These girls are just a small reason why girls hate their bodies. I blame food commercials, sodas in school, and poor health rituals that parents pass to their kids. Why not show these girls going to the gym, saying no to drugs and to a meal that consists only of Valentina sauce with chips, soda, donuts, and coffee. If girls practiced healthy eating rituals, and worked out 20 minutes a day, with a unhealthy treat once in a while, they would love themselves more and be happier.
