I was thinking the same thing. Nearly every lift scene is carefully cropped. While Lynda Carter is surely strong enough to lift and carry average sized men, she wouldn't have been able to do it with Wonder Woman ease.
I don't think she really lifted him. If she lifted him for real there would be some sign of strain (like breathing heavy) which wouldn't befit Wonder Woman. Likely there is some kind of support underneath him which the camera doesn't show in the close up.
