  • true maverick wouldn't sell himself to the wealthy nor would brag about it.

  • dude what a fucking bandwagon who doesn't like the mavericks now

  • Ah McCain, you've done it again

  • A team of mavericks? WTF?

  • "I need someone who can go Maverick at his own accord."

  • John McCain thinks he's Teddy Rooselvelt trying to give himself a name. Theodore rooselvelt would bi**hslap John. John flip flops cause he's a coward to stand up to what is right!

  • a maverick? How 'bout closing the fucking border,now there's a maverick.

  • Sarah is not a maverick she is a milf.

  • Where did "I'm a maverick" come from?

  • He shows early signs for Alzheimer's Disease.

  • Send him to the retirement home folks! And send Palin to the mental institute!

  • Fuck you, McCain for bring that brainless boob stick Palin on to the scene.

  • Old man screams at Cloud.Cloud screams back,McCain is a senile old dumbass.

  • @ZenoEffect Thank you, I had not heard of that. Now I have a bit more of respect for him, because I agree with it. There is nothing wrong with interrogating a person who has committed acts of terrorism against the United States.

  • wasn't james garner the original maverick?

  • what a piece of dumbshit

  • I hope Huckabee runs for president in 2012. He's a pretty nice and intelligent guy, too bad he got beat down in 08 cause of shortage of money :/

  • @ZenoEffect I'd have to say that his policies, for lack of a better term, suck. But anti-american trash? I think that's taking it a little far, wouldn't you think? And you should never look forward to someones funeral. Unless maybe that person has killed many innocent people, then i could understand it.

  • Obsessive much? This was years ago!

  • McCain is a douchebag

  • In the news he just claimed he "never" called himself a maverick.

  • what he IS is a chubby cheeked asshole

  • now hes saying he never really considered himself a maverick which i find hilarious based on the fact that his entire campaign was based on that idea.

  • @PandeGFX hehe yeah

  • @Bolgernow are you fucking serious? of course he did!

  • He's such a maverick he's not even a maverick.

    maverick

  • Oh, I get it now. Maverick means flip flopping lier :)

  • hilarious

  • Mel Gibson is the only Maverick.

  • guess that mavericky thingy aint working out for Mr. Maverick I mean McCain. Cuz all the sudden he's not mavericky any more. Time to retire John you old fool.

  • He sang like a bird while on the Hanoi HOTEL. ... MAVERICK HAHAHA

  • bajalocom -'sang like a bird while on the Hanoi HOTEL'-

    -

Yes ... they sure obscured that well !

  • McCain is and always has been a loser, it's only due to peoples patriotic gulibilty and the word Hero that this man is a Senator. Being erratic and all over the place is typical McCain personality disorder.

  • I will never forgive McCain & his people for stealing delegates from Ron Paul.

Also one of the saddest days of my life was when as a delegate for Ron Paul at our state Republican Convention in Houston, I saw John McCain & his thugs refuse to let Ron Paul speak at the Convention for even one minute despite tremendous support.

    SCREW MCCAIN!!

  • he is a senile fart

  • McCain is no maverick now - HE'S JUST ANOTHER CORPORATE WHORE!

  • hahahahahahahah...sweet!

  • crap! playing a drinking game"maverick" now im drunk!

  • Sub mavrick with moron...and you have the whole repub campaign.

  • he never called himself a maverick.

    This video is a fake

  • Mc Fudd has never been anything but a mediocre at best , influence peddling, self serving low life with the morals of a gutter rat. He has a history of getting caught with his hands in the cookie jar, changing horses in mid stream and being disagreeable just to make noise.

I'm beginning to think that the folks in the media need to start calling a spade a spade. Anyone who can't see that Mc Sillyass is senile must be senile.

  • waited till the end for the NEW clip of him saying he's never called himself a maverick. wt did u guys forget that?

  • Mavericks are sweet!!!

  • I'm not sure this ole coot can even win an election in his home state anymore because he no longer works for the public - he's just become one more CORPORATE WHORE.

  • John McCain fought for your freedom.

  • @JawsJaws

Really? He didn't do very well at it. As I remember the facts he was a pretty crappy pilot that couldn';t hit the side of a barn and had a penchant for crashing airplanes and killing his own guys, making propaganda films for the enemy , accepting medals he didn't earn, and playing on his family name to bail his ass out and further his political career. A few more guys like him and we would all be speaking Vietnamese, or Chinese.

  • @peterb37 What have you done to help this country?

  • @JawsJaws Just about the time Mc Fudd was crashing his third plane I was on a Radar picket ship in the Navy. I also worked in Government for 17 years before coming to my senses. I was a Presidents designee in a labor Union, served on the advisory board of The Salvation Army, I could go on for a while listing shit. Mostly because I'm old, not because I'm special.

  • @JawsJaws I'm old enough to remember most of the long term turds who serve in the congress, and having worked shoulder to shoulder with many Congressmen, Senators and Government officials, I think I can speak with some authority on the subject. Most of them couldn't pour piss from a boot if the instructions were written on the bottom.

  • @JawsJaws

ya because if the US didnt have troops in Vietnam...........i wouldnt be free

  • @JawsJaws As much as I admire McCain's service and sacrifice, being a vet myself, I know that he (and I) didn't fight for American freedom. Find out what Vietnam was about.

  • @JawsJaws I don't know of any recent war that has been the deciding factor on whether or not the US is a "free" country. He did serve well and make larger sacrifices then I ever will though.

  • Purpose of this video is to show yet another example of McCain completely going against his own principles. Recently in a Newsweek interview he actually said "I never considered myself a Maverick."

Hence, the montage showing the countless times he DID IN FACT CONSIDER HIMSELF A MAVERICK.

Imagine if this senile loon won the Presidency. Ouch! and we still have 2 years left, that means McCain will only get worse.

  • @dfrutled If you have no principals, you can hardly go against them. I haven't seen much mentioned how prominent Mc Dingbat was in the Savings and Loan crash.

  • Makes me want to rush out and buy a used Ford Maverick.

  • if their are any people posting on this video who voted for oboma, I want you to take your comments and shove them up your ass please and thank you

    Ron paul 2012!

  • yeah, maybe make one for obama and "change" then get back to me.

  • @BOHUNCAS um, Obama didn't say he never considered himself a "change president"...

John McCain TWO DAY AGO: "I never considered myself a maverick."

  • @hottiegurl066 wow ur easy

  • lol he doesn't work for a special interest...

    O RLY?

  • What he meant was that he couldn't be bought by pharmaceutical companies get elected then ass fuck America with a health care plan that they spent 26 million to get passed but will put 80 billion in there pockets!

  • I really hope Sarah Palin or Mccain run for president in 2012 because i know for a fact that its going to be just another land slide victory for Obama HAHA

  • This dinosaur can't even bend his arms--How can he be president?

  • old dirty bastard.lol

  • Can someone tell me what Mccain says he is...?

  • WHAT THE FUCK IS A MAVERICK

  • @DOTRAT69

You must be a Obama voter...

  • Doesn't have the same ring as "Change" does it?

  • I didn't like the part where he said maverick.

  • The tragic (TOXIC) dumbing down of the conservative movement (1950s-present): Buckley / Goldwater (rolling over in their graves) Nixon's Secret Plan & Southern Strategy Reagan (Trickle-down & MASSIVE DEBT) Religious right hijacks Jesus. GOP hijacks the flag. Limbaugh & Hate Radio Family values hypocrisy Fox "News" Bush/Cheney Palin Birthers Beck GOP-Baggers (GOP HIJACKS Tea Party.) The abyss? Conservatives, you are HERE.
  • @RonPaulGeorgeRingo If you are going to begin in the 1950s, may I remind you of Joseph McCarthy? You did mention Beck however, so there may be a "canceling-out" of some sort...

  • @mrspeel7 I hear ya, and no question McCarthy was a lunatic. This list, however, is meant to show the dumbing "DOWN" of the modern conservative movement, so in that regard, I have to "begin" with a higher bar so to speak.

  • John McCain is a Maverick?

Quick! Send X and Zero to put him down!

  • @MiniraShine LOL.

  • Him and the entire Senate should be imprisoned in an undiclosed location.

  • Maverick? narcissistic prick is more like it.

  • hes mel gibson?

  • yay mavericks!

  • Who would have thought that the Meth head and bat shit crazy was such a strong Republican voting bloc.

  • Who would have thought that the Meth head and bat shit crazy was such a strong Republican voting bloc.

  • "Maverick" is a mantle McCain no longer claims; in fact, he now denies he ever was one. "I never considered myself a maverick," he told me. "I consider myself a person who serves the people of Arizona to the best of his abilities."

    from the news. lol

  • McCain is trying to pass bills to control vitamins and put Americans in prison without due process as belligerents.......I guess some would think thats Mavericky!

  • This is freaking hilarious!

  • If by "Maverick" he means "raving lunatic psychopath", than yeah, I guess he is.

  • McCain has just become another CORPORATE WHORE now.

He needs to be defeated...and may even be within his own party.

  • @DillonDee1 He already was defeated. He's just a washed up geezer now.

  • FUCK MCCAIN!

McCain is a RINO (Republican In Name Only)...

The word "Maverick" is just a nice word for RINO.

The truth is McCain is a Nigger-loving, Wetback-loving, advocate for the Mud-Skinned peoples who are destroying America.

    卐 White Power 卐

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

Well you are certainly a civilized person. Oh, how our society has grown!

  • @RebarVictimo, I guess you were being SARCASTIC?

Just because you're a socialist, doesn't mean you're any more "civilized" than a patriotic, Common-Sense Conservative like myself! History proves that SOCIALISM is barbaric. Why don't you go to Russia and FORNICATE with Vladimir Lenin's dead body, you communist!

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

I didn't say a single word about my political beliefs. For all you know I agree with every word you've ever spoken. You're uncivilized because of the barbaric way you promote your beliefs.

  • @RebarVictimo, I'm sick and tired of this politically correct nonsense!

Affirmative action is HURTING our country.

"Multiculturalism" is DESTROYING the fabric of American culture.

Conservatives do not have the COURAGE to speak up and say these things are destroying America!

Niggers, Wetbacks, and Faggots are destroying the country! I haven't been allowed to espress my feelings using those words in DECADES thanks to the immoral 1960s & the liberals who criminalize thought!

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

You have every right to express your opinion. I have every right to say that you're a mindless drone, who's sole purpose on this Earth is to spread hate through poorly thought-out racial arguments, and that you're completely incapable of piecing together a coherent argument without resorting to vulgarity and expressive perceived patriotism, while actually just using that as an excuse to hate. I'm expressing my opinion, just as you are expressing yours.

  • @RebarVictimo, there's a difference between what's technically LEGAL to say and what you're NOT really allowed to say in our modern-day POLITICALLY CORRECT, multi-cultural country of ours.

If you say something like Caucasians score better on IQ tests that African Americans you get ostracized!

Your socialist colors are showing: "expressed perceived patriotism" is just code language for saying you personally HATE America!

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

You can say whatever you please.

Patriotism as a context for racism, homophobia is what I was implying. To say that 'Niggers, Wetbacks, and Faggots are destroying the country!' is using patriotism as an excuse to spread hate. Again, you're asserting that I believe in xx or yy, when I haven't said a single word regarding my political beliefs.

You can feel free to continue to take my words out of context, as well as make rampant assumptions. You're not proving anything.

  • @RebarVictimo, I'm just using basic deduction to assertain that you're

    a SOCIALIST!

You don't like the way I use Patriotism & you don't like that I'm not being politically correct!

Most of the time, people who meet these same criteria (doesn't like Patriotism & calls defense of American values "racism, homophobia") are SOCIALISTS.

You're proving my point: Technically, I'm allowed to say these things, in reality not really, thanks to people like you

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

Patriotism is fine. I'm completely okay with patriotism; pride in one's country is a marvelous thing. Using that patriotism as an excuse to insult an entire group of people (or multiple groups of people) is a whole other story. Defense of American values? You're so full of shit. You're not defending any values, all you're doing is spreading hate.

You continue to prove my point every time you reply. You should probably just run along to the klan meeting. ;)

  • @RebarVictimo, I'm not "using patriotism as an excuse to insult an entire group of people."

I'm discussing patriotism and using THAT discussion to describe what's UNPATRIOTIC.

You liberals just have no values. You just said so yourself.

What I call American values you simply demonize as "hate."

Why don't you stop name-calling and start doing some soul-searching and develop some moral values?

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus

"Multiculturalism" is DESTROYING the fabric of American culture....I hope your a Native American otherwise your logic is helplessly flawed.

  • @1129mdw, we USED to have a cohesive American culture.

Ever since the 1960s this has been destroyed! We now need to say crap like, Latino-Americans, African-Americans, Asian-Americans, Native-Americans, etc etc etc.

The hyphenaziation of America is dividing us & DESTROYING us. No more national unity

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus No one is forcing you to hyphen anything. Please feel free to call all the groups you mentioned simply Americans. We used? You mean use to?

  • @1129mdw, why don't you go ahead & get educated on the issue!

LIBERALS are forcing us all to eat this politically correct NONSENSE where we have to observe the sensitivity of every POOR little IMMIGRANT & MINORITY group that ever had hard in America by telling us the PROPER name is usually hypenate. You know who had it hard FIRST in America? WHITE AMERICANS. You never hear them whine about that!

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus Again. No one is forcing you to hyphen anything. Please feel free to simply call those groups Americans.

  • @1129mdw, haven't you been paying attention to what i just TOLD YOU?

Yes, we ARE being TACITLY forced by liberals to embrace not ONLY hyphenates, but the inherent notion that Americans can be subdivided into GROUPS that are at ODDS with one another!

If you don't go along with it, you're SMEARED as a racist! I say FUCK THEM. They want to call me a racist then go ahead. I consider myself an American

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus Anyone that can read knows your a racist, they don't need to tell you. Your the one choosing to see America as fragmented groups at odds. I see Americans as Americans, as one group of people, all 300 million of them. If you choose to see America as white people only, and all others as a threat to Your Country, then by all means feel free. Just know, that no one is forcing you to do anything. If you believe they are, no one can save you from your feeble-minded fantasy.

  • CongWhitePow -'subdivided into GROUPS th'-

Repub.'s in Congress [historic obstruction] since after the 2006 mid-term,

    .

    wrong-wing media [hope he fails],

    .

tea-baggers [because, they did not like the 95% tax cut - sarcasm]

    .

various nut job's [because they are deluded by anti-government nonsense]

and "those still pissed" about the "emancipation Proclamation" !!

  • Congwhi -'You know who had it hard FIRST'-

    -

    American natives ... indians

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus and 1129mdw. I'm enjoying your discourse, but I think that you are both all wet. I am not a Democrat or a Republican or an independent. I am an Anarchist. Not the bomb throwing variety. I just don't feel the need to be Governed. Especially by a bunch of half witted shills who would sell their own mothers for the right price.

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus The problem with our Country isn't people of color or illegals, or gay folks. It is the political system, and the pretense that we have a Democratic Society. I'm not sure who said it, but it is right on the money. If you remove fraud from the American business model you would have nothing left but porn and donuts. If you removed all of the lies and deceit from Government it would be stone cold silent.

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus Where I come from once a man is caught in a lie nothing he says forever more can be trusted. How anyone can waste a single minute discussing what a politician says is completely beyond my comprehension.

  • @CongWhitePowerCaucus And certain aspects of the 1960's were wonderful. Civil rights movement, counterculture, etc. I am doing everything in my power as a citizen of the United Stated to return us to that period of freedom.

  • @RebarVictimo Agreed. I'm starting to think this guy is just a troll, trying to piss off anyone and everyone.

  • @RebarVictimo I'm trying my hardest to retain tact when dealing with this buffoon. But it's almost like he wants people to despise him. It's getting difficult not to just go off on him.

  • 1129md ...

But his Repub. opponent is even wackier !

    .

  • I'm glad Obama won. The USA would have became more of a mess with McCain.

  • What happened to him being a Maverick?

  • what does this have to do with what is going on today?

  • @PatricksTime

McCain said in an interview yesterday that he never considered himself a maverick. This video is to refresh his memory.

TPM, it would be a good idea to include in the description a link to the news article the video is referencing to.

  • no wonder he lost.

  • He is not a maverick, he is a democrat in republican clothes. A United Nations supporting scum bag trying to ensure Codex Alemintarius , a UN plan for farming , food, and supplements and vitamins is passed, along with legislation to detain American citizens indefinetly ...look to Jim Deakin a reganite republican.

  • I hope he loses by double digits in November. After he lost- he became a Grumpy Old Man.

  • Do us all a favor - lose the election in the fall and just go away. You are responsible for unleashing Sarah Palin on the world, and for that cardinal crime against humanity, there can be no forgiveness.

Go sit on one of your porches and yell at the neighborhood kids...

  • @bushputz Do you hate Palin because TV says so?

  • Palin is wack just because we say so!

  • @SilverZeo88 Do you worship palin because fox told you to?

  • @bushputz i agree white people are dumb.

  • @MrLiberal4life ignorant

  • this is funny stuff! maybe the first time it was said was true - but when you start saying it about yourself - damn - it is pathetic.

  • LOL really John because we here in Arizona think you are the pinto of our district

    hehe

  • This guy has really a low image of his country, choosing an idiot as Palin as a potential successor.

  • Maverick ya right. Voted with Bush 90 percent of the time. Votes with the Republican elite 90 percent of the time. Where is he a Maverick?

  • McCain: I'm a Maverick

    Palin: And i'm Goose...

    ...meh, lame joke.

  • I think his definition of Maverick differs from the general accepted term. I believe the term he was searching for was puppet. Every time I saw him after the primary I was looking for the strings that went with that wooden smile he had painted on his mug.

  • "I never considered myself a maverick"

    John McCain - April 2010

  • did he die or something?

  • "i think i'm gonna have to cast my vote for the mad prick."

  • My god what a load of horseshit.

  • Just reading that Newsweek article it just seems he's just given up and just became one of the same old Republican talking heads. At one point he was a Maverick but not anymore he's not.

  • When regular American folk exhibit these traits, it's called dementia.

  • Mavericks...this looks like a job for X and Zero!

  • @ReGZeta lol omg

  • A real horse's ass

  • hahaha

    ...

    AHAHAHAH

    wait

    wait

    no more.

    ooohhhh mmthats good.

  • for a moment there i thot mccain had died n this is his tribute.

  • Someone tell McCain that they can actually record what he says, video record it even, and that some people know how to play it back.

  • I thought McCain was dead.

  • Nickname while at the Hanoi Hilton - The Canary

If the football fans put up with the low quality politicians don't expect good results.

  • Spin and tweaking of facts to make oneself look good go with the territory of politics, but I've never understood cases where politicians lie so blatantly and unnecessarily about things that can be so instantly and conclusively proven false. This is a great and incomprehensible example of that. "Maverick" was practically the leitmotiv of McCain's entire campaign 2 years ago. There is no conceivable interpretation of reality to the contrary.

  • I think he's a jackass.

  • GOOOOOSE?! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*choughs* I actualy wonder who will come up in 2012.

  • Oh the Maverick! How I miss the jokes.

  • Republicans RELY on the collective amnesia of their constituents.

Republicans dont mind being lied to. They dont mind if you tell them something, when the day before you told them the opposite. Because Republicans dont know what they're talking about, and they dont care that they dont know.

Republicans are the generation raised on television commercials and Christian fundamentalist preachers. Facts dont come into their thinking process.

  • Of horse metaphors (regardless of their co-option, or not, by Ford), "Maverick" is not very useful for a politician, as it's one that's apart from the herd... and so, NOT a leader.
