Everyone says that NASM is going more towards physical therapy and that could lead to law suits. It sounds like thats what he is talking about...physical therapy.
I'm studying for the NASM cert and am studying like a MOTHERFKR and I have no idea what he is talking about when he mentions "manual table work" I'm thinking that it's an in depth CPT cert? And I dont think he thinks it has to do anything with the NASM OPT model. Does he really concern himself with how the OPT model works? probably not. I'm not trying to be a downer on NASM because I plan on kicking the training worlds ass when I pass and get out of the navy.
@Meanmotherfkr i found this video through NASM's new continuing education credit "Corrective Exercise for Basketball" Its probably more related to the CES rather than the CPT.
