Do you not get a lot of graininess in your shots with such a high ISO? I would think you would get a much better shot with a lower ISO, and a slower shutter speed with the same aperture. Obviously you'd need a tripod and I'm assuming your using a remote shutter.

At least you are out there doing it with appropriate equipment. The D3100 is a great little camera, we have a D5100 but recommended the other camera to our students before the D5100 came onto the market. If sex sells then great at least it will attract some viewers to the site and the videos. It may be seen as gimmick to some and ignored but each to their own. Good for you!

Others may just want someone standing in front of a tree in hunting gear talking about cameras. Not to piss on your parade but it seems that everyone else is too busy looking at your bust size or sweet talking you like your their next one-night stand, when people should be giving you constructive criticism instead. I went to your website I noticed you're not heavily involved with any post process editing. Do you have lightroom? Some skin softening and contrast/vibrance enhancements to your pictures would go a long ways. Also try boosting the contrast and fill light on your B&W photos.

For the smashing : all you have to do is leave your camera case open and go climbing, then you watch one body and 2 lenses tumble down.

To kill the brand new 500D I bought as a replacement, I simply used an aquapaq "supposedly waterproof" bag. (still got a few nice pix of the coral reef before the incident, though)
