Of all Korean dramas this has the greatest of deliveries by Kim Neul and Kang Hwan. They have demonstrated from other dramas the passion, intensity and depth of their talent. I first saw this on MBC last year and when i saw the first episode i was hooked i really didn't like how he did get Cancer, but the most tender of the moments is when Mi-Yeon first finds out he has cancer and the biggest tear jerking moments are when his mom finds out, and finally his passing. Gr8 drama.I love Korean dramas

@ChoiMinhoLOVE - I own a DVD of this - seen it about 40 times. They were in love in high school. Didn't know they were cousins. They were going to run away. Marry each other. Then they found out they're cousins. He was forced to marry a girl he didn't love. Her family was rich & would help his mom with money after his dad died. He never lived the life he wanted to live. He finds out he's dying of cancer & has 90 days left. He wants to spend it with the love of his life, which is that cousin.

I saw this back in January I think? or maybe December of 07. I cried and thats that I am a dude, I became a fan of her, and this drama. Sad thing was that I had just broken up with this amazingly hot Vietnamese girl...anyways yeah this drama was sad.,
