good technique, in short track speed skating he could roll his edges well far over. i short track speed skate but can never understand inline speed skating everytime i see the oval is a differnt size and sometimes its banked and sometimes its not, sometimes its on tarmac sometimes its on polishes wooden floor i dont get it.

LOL i use to rollerblade a lot when I was younger and I was never as fast as some of the other guys, some of them played ice hockey. But I was much faster than them running, I could never figure out why I couldn't beat them in a rollerblade race, but now I know. I had no technique.

The big daddies are always the ones that should win everything. If they allow Inline Skating the whole Olympic scheme will be upside down, and countries like Colombia, which is the Inline Skating power house during the last decade will obtain 12, 13, 14 gold medals in a snap.... see?

No brakes, but stopping is pretty simple.. Just takes a bunch of practice!
