I must agree with your comments about not haveing enough sphires if you level your charecters evenly as I ran out of mana or speed sphires pretty fast and spent a good half of the game clawing my way through.I endedup stacking up to 13 levels before I was able to buy sphires. thats what happens when your not carful I guess,anyway good strategy with Lord ochu people I know who have played under mind the usefulness of null.

Aww, man. No Tidus Douche Action for me to criticize today, what with Ochu taking up most of the video and no plot development this time. Ahh, well.

I'm not gonna criticize the man's gameplay, in any event. His strategy for beating Spekkio convinced me that WMS knows what he's doing. And I think it would be cool if he put Kimahri on Yuna's path, in case he's thinking about doing the same kind of strat in this game.

Good to see you're editing out random battles now. Less grind, more meat. :D

Spekkio? lol but yeah thanks for the compliment, I do know what I'm doing when it comes to FFX I just don't really know the finer details of certain things which is fine by any standard as long as the main detail is there. and as for Kimahri I'm not sure what I'm going todo but having a secondary healer wouldn't hurt thats for sure

It'll probably help a decent bit in a certain battle later on, when Kimahri won't have Yuna (or anyone else) around to help him out. He'll be able to use some Black Magic with Yuna's Magic stat, too. Just get you a Black Magic Sphere, and voila! Instant artillery.

...or, like I said, you can put him on Rikku's path and steal a ton of stuff you otherwise wouldn't be able to. Including some REALLY cool stuff in that battle I was referring to earlier.

Yup I don't really use black magic much though so I'd likely just use Yunas path to get her cure spells and what not I'm considering getting him to steal then going to Yuna's path, we'll see

At least get Kimahri Steal/Use soon. If you have it by Djose you can steal Petrify Grenades from the Basilisks. Those things are pretty much instant-win for random battles :)

IIRC the poison status ailment is among its strongest in FF X. It sucked pretty hard vs a lot of things in early final fantasy games, but there are some enemies (even bosses) that really get wrecked by it in X.

X is also the only one in the series where I've ever died to it (confusion + really high evasion + poison = swing and miss at yourself, then die to poison w/o getting a turn). Haha!
