The look reminds me of the Mexican Paint Yob the crew I picked up at the Home Depot parking lot did on my house lately. Hers look like crusty spackle, though -- Plaster Gone Wild. My paint yob is drippy bubbles that are still wet when you burst the globs with a sharp implement. The crew were not licensed-insured-bonded, of course.
