i used to have lower back pains because of bad posture while sitting down (posture isn't just for when you're standing!! =p) and my physiotherapist actually simply recommended i do sit-ups! which helped...... :)

Funny drivers license. Ours is like a credit card type and size. And I have the tractor license too :D In Finland you get it when you get your moped license.
