Sure, here's the chords and you can get the details from the video.

Intro:Bb slide to C

Verse: All C with a bunch of dead picking.

Chorus: Ab-Eb-Bb-Cm-Bb then repeat. End on C instead of Cm.

Bridge:Gm with dead picks, then you can see C to Bb part. Then it goes into F-C-Bb (repeats 3x). The bridge ends going up the neck to Eb then F. Then you finish with the chorus.
