When I first had my CBT, I told my therapist what ur saying goes along with the Quran. You call it bully, Quran calls it Satan. I only find peace when i read the Quran or when I Glorify Allah. I use to look into hadith and sunnah but i found my cure in Quran, 10x better then what i use to be. When i read the Quran for the first time i didnt understand and the second i knew Allah was talking to me, and i still remember that feeling, it was peaceful.
