nicelly done....it looks like you are having trouble keeping an eye on the RV4 with the Pitts....Top wing is definteelly always on the way....I could have been cool to keep it right smacked in the midddle of the cabane used as a sight.

Nice video! Great maneuvering and excellent choices in music. Flying the Pitts is fun, but flying with (or against) another airplane is simply the most fun you can have. I've had some great dogfights with Yaks, Pitts' and even Taylorcraft, did some tailchasing with a Red Arrows pilot, and they were all about as much fun as you look like you're having here. Great flying in there - what flying should be all about! Well done!

If the goal was to actually shoot down the Pitts, the RV driver would have a pretty tall order on his hands! If "fun" is the goal, though, the RV driver could buy a Ferrari with the leftover money.

That was the ultimate fun dog fight video. You buggers just cost me $40,000 bucks, I am gotta find an RV4 and buy it cause that is WAY TOO much fun. I gotta say flying through those manouvers AND video taping at the same time (tracking the other aircraft) was awesome. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE POST MORE!

If you are serious I know of a low time RV4 (150 hours) for sale, it shares my hangar, for a bit less than 40K. It's based at KRNM.

We were just trying out equipment and hadn't flown together in a month. Will do better, get closer next time and possibly involve another Pitts.

be careful man. The Air Force dosn't kidd around when it comes to Aircraft behaving erratically. Get it cleared with the Airport first. Just the other day F-16's from Buckly were scrambled to intercept a cessna that was fooling around over Denver.
