  • do these side planks burn any fat? give a lean/thin look instead of overly ripped? do they help the obliques show or give you that muscular wall?

    You can't target specific areas of fat for elimination.

  • sir, i have 40 inch waist.. most of the it comes from the sides of my body.. so, can this exercise reduce my waist size? tq sir..

  • @Amironz doing any ab workouts will not give you 6 pack abs. all it takes is losing weight with proper nutrition and you will eventually see abs.

  • @ThatArabGuy It is true that having a 'six pack' is largely due to low bodyfat but you can still emphasise them by doing abdomen exercises.

    i heard that u could train ur abs every second day,

    but it depends on how hard and intensive ur training is.

  • @garyrreyes Everyday. The core is the only muscle group you can work for days in a row.

  • @garyrreyes every other day is usually better, cuz it gives your muscles a chance to relax and grow, but i do stuff like calves every, cuz it doesn't matter if my legs don't grow i already look like a gazelle^^
