@Amironz doing any ab workouts will not give you 6 pack abs. all it takes is losing weight with proper nutrition and you will eventually see abs.

@ThatArabGuy It is true that having a 'six pack' is largely due to low bodyfat but you can still emphasise them by doing abdomen exercises.

i heard that u could train ur abs every second day,
but it depends on how hard and intensive ur training is.

@garyrreyes every other day is usually better, cuz it gives your muscles a chance to relax and grow, but i do stuff like calves every, cuz it doesn't matter if my legs don't grow i already look like a gazelle^^
