  • Even though base 16 can be divided by 2 four times and a good way to represent binary, unfortunately, it is divisible by no other prime number. Base 12 is a lot better than base 16 because even though it is not superior to base 16 in "a binary way", it is divisible by 2 prime numbers, 2 and 3, unlike 16 has only 1 prime factor, 2.

  • when you were converting the bases from letter form to number you stated that F was 15 and that H was 16. But if that is so then what is G? in an alphabetical aspect that doesnt make sense. shouldnt F=15 and G=16 and H=17 ?
